Terrible place! First and foremost, I've never seen a manager treat their employees like Jared has! He's an awful person. It's so hard to even understand a word that he says. I don't understand how he got a management position but he is far from one.
My wife and I have been going to Chili's for a while, but tonight wasby far the best yet. The food was pretty good as usual, but the service was fantastic! Our server Alishia was so fun and made us feel like we were among friends. She brought out the food appropriately (meaning she didn't bring the appetizer with the entree, she brought them at different times) and more importantly kept our drinks full, lol. Alishia was very cheery and just made our date night wonderful. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to request her from now on.
Forgot how nice Chili's is. The service is almost instant there so quick. And the crispers and salsa were both amazing
After many years of not going to Chilli's, I went at the request of a friend. We were seated right away, and our waitress was there to take our drink orders, which came promptly. I asked for a glass of water, and it took 45 minutes for me to get it. Once the food came, the disappointment continued. My friend ordered a fruit salad, asked for cucumbers, and croutons. I ordered the half rack of ribs, chicken and sausage, which came with french fries and corn on the cob. My friend's salad arrived without the mandarin oranges that are supposed to come on the salad, it did not have cucumbers, or the croutons she asked for. My fries were cooked inconsistently, with half of them cooked and the other have partially cooked. I also ordered a side of shrimp. My shrimp were over cooked; rubbery at best, and there was so much salt on them and the sausage (which were both grilled) that you could hardly taste the food. I can definitely see why it has been years since I have eaten at Chilli's, and will definitely be at least 5 more years before I decide to go back.
Great 6oz steak and loaded potatoes but veggies or rice was not good at all price decent. Service good once they get to your table. It was not busy at 6pm. But overall not to bad but not a place i would pick first.
