Rhonda is a fantastic dining room attendant/hostess. She will gladly take your tray off the table or take it from you if you are walking the the trash can. Food tastes great and the quality is high.
It is exactly what you would expect: clean, simple fast food place. They really only serve chicken if you didn't already guess from the name. This location is nice, just a very poor layout for the parking lot and drive thru. You need to plan your drive depending on which direction you are coming from.
Went through the drive through. Great experience. Staff had great customer service and very friendly. Went through very fast for the customer volume. And of course food was delicious.
As always, Chick-fil-a has the most courteous and friendly staff I ever see at fast food establishments. And, of coarse, we love their food. They frequently are super busy, but I get my order quicker from them than when I go somewhere with fewer customers. Definitely recommend going here.
I’ve never had such bad service at Chick-fil-A until I came to Savannah specifically the one on victory Drive. There a drive-through staff has no customer service. Every time I try to give this place another chance, I am highly disappointed in the service that I received. My meal is never correct. My fries are never hot. People get attitudes because I’m asking for more catch up when if you have a sandwich nuggets and fries one packet of ketchup is not enough. Like I had to make sure if I was at Chick-fil-A and not McDonald’s. This will be the last time that I even tried to give this victory Drive Chick-fil-A another chance. I will just wait until I get back to my hometown in Atlanta because at least the Chick-fil-As in Atlanta know how to treat their customers.
