This place is horrible they really ruin my day.so I ordered chicken and fries and the lady was like can u hurry up There’s people waiting in line and there barely where people.so when we got our food there was no chicken only like cheese and there has hair in it. We went to go tell them that there was hair and they where so rude about it they said it was my hair and my hair wasn’t even close to the food and plus the hair was really deep in the cheese and the lady kept telling us it was ours we also told her to put more chicken and she said no and I said why not there not there she said no like this really ruined my day
Food is GREAT. Customer service? Not al all. The little short lady Was SO rude to me and every customer that came through while waiting for my food. Will never be coming back. So rude.
I had such a "taste" for a Philly Cheese Steak. So, in spite of the bad reviews I took a chance. I am glad that I did. The two young men who helped me were quite courteous. I ordered sandwiches , fries & lemonade to go. They were GREAT, we truly enjoyed them. I will return. Why isn't there a Tip Jar? 10/13.17
Don't come first thing. The guy cooking was rude as hell complaining on the line in front of customers, and getting an attitude with people's orders. Will not be coming back. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
General Manager and crew were moving quickly and friendly. Served excellent food timely for a busy Saturday.
