They sell by the hour, so if your friend comes in 5 minutes after the hour & you’ve already bought your ticket, you’ve wasted your money - unless you want to jump by yourself while your friend watches. There are no signs posted saying they don’t sell after the hour has begun, otherwise, I could have saved myself $17. Absolutely bogus. You’d think they’d be happy to sell a ticket whether it meant jumping the full hour or for 10 minutes.
Always have a good time when I bring my son here. Facility is clean and well taken care of and the staff is great.
First time I've been to a trampoline park and while fun it seems like a better place for younger children. Prices are pretty good and theyre not to strict on the time cut offs for customers which was a plus since we got about 20 extra minutes.
Excellent for family and prices weren't too expensive. Our kids had a blast.
I love Get Air but no offense I'm tired of little kids cutting in front of kids and jumping into the foam pits. Also small kids need to stay in the small air. Referee's need to do there job instead of just soacilizing.I'm not mad I just wish kid's would stop cutting in line to the foam pits. Maybe small air should go by age group because it would be better for the kids and others. By the way Referee's need to actually open there eyes.They also need to stop older kids from cussing in dodge ball. I rate Get Air two stars. It was kind of fun but do better!
