Signed up myself and my wife for a 24-hour pass. Ellis Square bikes rack had 6 bikes. Entered my phone number, got the code and discovered only one of the six bikes was available. Totally useless because there was two of us. Was charged $5 anyway. Saw the same thing happen to at least two other couples. In my opinion, the system sucks. Let us see bike availability BEFORE charging us.
