We were recently visiring this store from out of town, and the Sales Associate, Rebecca, was extremely helpful. She was professional and personable, and very helpful in our decision of our purchase. Very nice store location.
Zales at Savannah Mall has a great selection and great prices. Rebecca and the rest of the staff offer excellent customer service and very professional. Would highly recommend this store and I will continue shopping there!

I bought a watch here a couple of years ago. Twice I have had to have crystal replaced.(NOT THIER FAULT) This time however the watch was taken in July the 18th with a promise date first week of August. Well the second week came around I called the store and got the run around. The lady whom I spoke with pretty much didnt even know where the watch was. I was told that the store manager would be in in 30 mins and she would call me. A couple hours later I called back just to speak with same lady that said they would have to get back with me. So September 3rd call back giving them time.The store manager answers the phone she was ok at first but became very rude to me. Explaning she had found the watch but the company was waiting to see where payment was coming from. Watch is under warranty. She then could not tell me if they had even started repairing the watch. So I asked her to call me when she found out what was going on and she rudely says I will call you when it comes in. I explained that wasnt good enough for me it has been two months I wanted to know if they had started repairing it yet.So i asked her for the corporate number. Her responce was"is there a problem maam" well DUH? then she gives me the number which was not right. I called corporate they were friendly but no satisfaction other than your watch will be in next week. I left out some but I am sure everyone gets the jist of what I am saying. Needless to say I will take my business to Kays.
