If I could use profanity I would. I am disgusted with the customer service. I bought a $3200 ring that is valued at $750 because of poor quality in the band. Holes every where when under the microscope. I strongly recommend a different company. Pathetic.
Other customer service reps in New York are extremely rude and difficult to work with, so I wouldn't ever call them again. I would avoid contacting them at all costs. They are extremely unkind and uncaring people. I don't know why, but that's how they choose to be. But representatives like Rico keep the company alive.
I don’t like this place they sold me a fake ring and won’t fix my husbands $1,200 watch.
This review is based more on the incredible customer service my fiancé and I received. I would give the actual company overall a strong 3. Can't let the people in NY get away with their poor attitudes toward customers. Do yourself a favor and NEVER CALL NY REPS! Just to reiterate, CALL RICO! You'll be happy you did!

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Me and my fiancée were very happy with our purchase. Rico has definitely set the bar high. Thank you so much!

It was kind of not good to say the least. Some guy was standing outside with some other mall employees. We wanted service and wanted to shop for diamonds. The guy told us he was in town for a week and that he was very happy to be away from his wife and kids. He had a new York accent but I think he mentioned Ohio. Nice to hear newly engaged! Oy vey emir. Nicht goot.
