I had a Mother's ring that I asked them to change and re arrange the stones. They sent it out to be done and when it came back it was beautifully done. Now it's been about 1 or 2 months later and I had to bring it back because 1 of the prongs was catching on everything. A closer look shows the tip had broken off. Now they want to charge me to repair what I believe was a poorly done job in the first place. Such a prong should not have broken off so easily. So be aware of their workmanship. Stars are for the correct stone placement.
