Disappointing to say the least. I did not find it to be rehabilitating as I know what true care and rehabilitation for residents should be.
my gf tried to called them ask if the have a ER just to quicky get scene ,lady on the phone said no , there a private accute hospital. my gf didnt know what that is she ask what is that? out of curiosity . and the lady said have a nice day all rudely and hanged up . my gf felt hurt and she mean no harm while at the same time HER LOWER ABDOMEN IS IN PURE PAIN.. great customer service lady ........
