I have chosen this location for three different occasion for prints, one was my daughter’s high school graduation, the second with a Christmas present for my mother a family calendar and the last one and most recent was Christmas Cards for this holiday season. I order them on line and prepay the works. Think that I will be able to pick up my products in a hour, because that is what I pay for and never are they ready. Actually the first two times I was asked to redo my order. Why should I have to do this a third time for the Christmas cards. The employees are usually absent from the area when I go there to pick up items and have to call for help. And when I do have someone there they do not seem to be interested in helping me find my items. And the BEST experience I received today was the manager passing me off on someone else. It is no surprise I will NEVER use this location again.
