My phone service is great. It's the people who work in the store that give it this rating. No help whatsoever. Sat in the store for 45 minutes and no one said a word.

Typical AT&T corporate store setup. Have a DirecTV lounge area and bar tables for the customers. Pretty much appointments only. No walk up counter to just purchase accessories or just a new phone at full price without a long wait.
Me and my husband walked in to try and see if we could get a better deal with our cell phone services than paying cricket! Our sales person was extremely patient with us and he even got us an amazing deal seeing as I have a small business! We walked out of there with 2 new phones and 3 new tablets and accessories for an amazing deal and with my services I don't pay an arm and a leg! I had to contact my sales rep a week later and he actually remembered who I was and was able to answer my questions! Will definitely go back to this AT&T location!!
I have been trying to cancel a line since May and finally got closed in October and they are still trying to charge me for time after I shut it and getting no help from corporate or the store now standing in the store to show them email stating that would be cancelled because all of sudden they can't find that email and i have to prove that there is such a email as customer service manager put it yesterday. Beware they will rob you blind
