WAS my favorite store. Would not let me take my 90 year old Mother into empty dressing rooms in an empty store mid morning to try on clothes. There are other disabilities than physical. Anyone that has dealt with a Dementia parent/person knows we'd rather shoot ourselves in the head than help try on clothes or take them shopping. Furious, will NEVER GO BACK to a Stein Mart.

Tried to redeem a gift card I received for Christmas and it was empty. Apparently when my mom purchased the gift card, the associate didn't put the money on the card even though it was paid for with cash. She even has a receipt! Sure, we could have more money put on the card, but I refuse to give the store more money after they stole $25 from my mom in the first place. Won't be shopping here anymore.......
