While we enjoy shopping at Kohl's, the one here in Savannah is not great. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. A totally different experience then what we're used to being from Indiana originally.
The cashier that helped us was amazing. But on the other hand I looked like I needed help finding something and the employee putting returns away saw I was about to ask a question and she walked away quickly before I could ask. I finally found another employee asked him what size shirt was on a mannequin because it's a shirt that was on clearance rack and he told me that it would be a hassle to find out because he had to go get a ladder.
They do a great job at the savannah Kohls. Thank you

The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you with your needs. I was also given a 20.00 coupon for my next visit. Can't wait to shop again. And the quality is awesome.
Great place for gift shopping. Decent selection on a variety of items. Prices are a little high. Service is always friendly. Place (to include bathrooms) is always very clean. Pretty happy every visit.
