I miss the Big Book catalogue. I spent a lot of money using that catalog,so much easier that online ! Bring it back & I bet your potential earnings will explode.
I have had to take 35 minutes of my life to BUY 3 PAIR OF PANTS . @ the CUSTOMER SERVICE CHECK OUT ! I am not happy waiting in line all this time .
