Contacted Sears Home Services this morning to schedule an appointment to have someone come repair my Kenmore Elite refrigerator which quit last night after only 5 years. I was told the earliest they could send someone was three weeks from now!
Had a checkup on my microwave. Technician very professional and helpful. The only reason I didn't give a five star is the window they give you is 8am - 5pm. Good thing I am retired.
Very poor in-store signage. cCould not tell what section was where. Only 1 cashier available when it was time to check out. However, that cashier was very courteous and helpful.
Worst customer service!!! We bought a sears kenmore elite refrigerator because we were told it was a Whirlpool product. We also purchased the extended warranty plan. ONE YEAR LATER THIS ALMOST $3,000 REFRIGERATOR BROKE DOWN. IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND OUR REFRIGERATOR IS STILL BROKEN. Their service sucks, and guess what?!!!!! we found out that this appliance is actually an LG-- and the sales person knew we did NOT want an LG because they have such a bad history of repairs. So not only were we lied to by sales people, but we have spent an entire summer without a refrigerator in our kitchen. The best sears can do is say they are sorry. DO NOT BUY SEARS APPLIANCES.
We have been waiting for our washer and dryer since Thursday. The delivery guy couldn't find our address since its new construction and instead of calling and leaving a message he called, lets the phone ring twice and then hung up. So we called him back to just get hung up on four times. Yea four times. So we called and guess where they handle all of the delivery...the freaking Philippines. Yea because that makes sense right? I can't go to the warehouse and pick it up because they don't allow that. Its Monday now I can't have my washer and dryer delivered until Wednesday maybe. What the actual hell.
