Cant say enough great things about Dr. Kamiti Harden and her staff. My son is terrified of any sort of doctor and she makes his visits a bit easier by talking to him about his school and other things going on in his life. How she remembers all this I have no clue! I will admit I am a bit overbearing when it comes to my only child always asking questions which can get a bit annoying to many but she never shows anything but a smile giving me all my answers and reassurance. I am so thankful that it was this office that I chose out of the many children's dentist options here in the Savannah area many years ago.
If I could leave no stars , I would . I have been trying to have my child seen for about 2 or 3 weeks now . And everytime, it seems something may happen, today, I was running late, tried calling 3 times , no answer , also left a voicemail, no return call. We get there just for me to be told that he cannot be seen & because she didn't see my voicemail or my missed calls & that she is the only one that sits there and isn't sure why she didn't receive them. She was slightly rude trying to tell me i didn't call and what not & i told them i'd just see another dentist because i cannot continue to take off of work to try & come here just to always get turned away because its always something! Do not even waste your time!! They need a new receptionist & a better phone apparently!
First time here and this is what they do while my daughter waits on someone to attend to her while she is laying down. Great first impression.
I have been bringing my daughter here for the past 4 yrs and we love it. Dr. Harden & her staff are always very friendly and the office is always clean. The dental assistants are gentle & they make her feel comfortable whenever she's nervous. I highly recommend Simply Children's Dentistry.
