For me the dentist office is the scariest place on earth!! But I was reassured and comforted by the dentist and his lovely staff that everything would be ok, the dentist patient side manner is AWSOME !! he made me feel safe and secure and was very gentle. I love the soothing jazz that they play in the office it puts you in a relax mode. I definitely recommend this dental practice..
They took me in and took a look anyway. Difficult extraction because so much of the tooth was missing but they made sure I felt no pain and even rubbed my arm while the procedure was taking place to calm me.
EXCELLENT service. I highly recommend them if you find yourself with a toothache while on vacation.
Absolute worst experience I've had with a dentist. Spent over 30 minutes sitting inside waiting for somebody to see me when there was not a single customer other than me inside that building. Three other customers walk in without appointments and were looked at by the dentist before I walked out.
Dr. Williams was so very kind and patient with me! As it turns out, I had a sinus infection, and he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and ibuprofen and even had me laughing, if you can imagine that!
Went in today (Saturday) after 2 days of not sleeping or eating from pain of a broken tooth. I was told that insurance was not accepted on the weekends and I didn't have the full amount. At this point my eyes were watering from pain.
If it was possible to leave a zero I would! I have had nothin but problems coming this office. I've had scheduled appointments, had to wait for an hour and after waiting I got to the back and they told me I have to come back because my procedure would take too long. They told me the total cost of my procedure would be 1140.00 because the insurance would pay the rest. So I paid 1140.00. Well now they're trying to me to pay another 1000.00 because they don't know how to submit X-rays to the insurance for the remainder of the money. The reception told you " you can just pay and have the insurance reimburse you." Um no ma'am. I told her I already paid what I was suppose to. I asked to speak to the doctor twice and she said she would double check if they sent the X-rays. My husband and I spoke to the insurance and they said they've been waiting on the dental office to send them. This has been going on for 5 months. And now that it's the 31st of December they want me to give the the money. If this isn't fixed I will be seeking a lawyer. Horrible dental office and after he finishes I will NEVER come here again. These receptionist have no idea how insurance works.
So thankful I'll be able to eat later today and get some much needed sleep tonight.
I was afraid that my tooth was abscessed while on vacation! This emergency dental service was very respectful and professional. They explained as soon as you entered the office that they do not accept insurance and that the fee is $180 to be seen by the dentist. I accepted those terms (because I really had no other choice) and it included two x-rays and the check-up. They advise you to try to submit it to your insurance and give you a print-out to submit.
