I will not recommend this dentist to anyone. The front desk staff is very rude and unorganized, there is always a mix up I'm my children's scheduling and they are very unprofessional. The front desk gossip about everyone and they are very rude.
Great dentist! They really take time to make sure all three of my babies are comfortable. Yes they work on all their teeth at the same time but really it's not a big deal! We booked a private room the first time my 6 year old needed dental work after that she did it alone and was perfectly fine! Great place!!
Zoe was a terrible staff member. She was rude and sarcastic. Their appointment procedure was not efficient. The dentistry booked several appointments for the same hour so the waiting room was full. They were so busy the supervisor had no idea about how her staff member upfront, Zoe was treating my husband. I called to log a formal complaint. Being busy is not an excuse to fail to display basic respect and human decency. And from what I have read on how this office operates, I know I made the right decision for my family to find another denist office for our children.
Always a 3-4 hour wait. When you are hearses back with 5-7 other people they tell you to line up on the left side of the hall!! Then I was told to wait in the back room for another 30minutes where I listened to the girls gossip about boy friends, lunch, other people... Never trying to hurry because it's their job to work and not gossip.. Needless to say my 2yeat old was over it all. It's not very clean and if you have another place to go PLEASE do not wait your time here!!! Ps I'm a nurse and when pt care is pushed aside it makes me wonder! A follow up appt was made for a problem and the 1st was 3 1/2 months away! Lol maybe if the tons of girls what are employed would stop gossiping more ppl could be seen!
Never go back again. It happened to me twice not once it's horrible experience most Hispanic front desk keep gossiping. First, I have my son and daughters appointment come in like an hour early but I've waited until last patient seen before their lunch break. But it happens that my daughter has cavity she need to stay for treatment. Before that I ask what time and how long the Hispanic front desk said,,just come back after lunch because your 2nd appointment will be 1:30 pm. and I said ok, I just step outside and get some water in the vehicle and we will comeback.. I'm the very first person waiting in there 2 hours past after my appointment I ask the lady again how long should i wait she said working on it, until another an hour and half past still did not call us 4:00 pm my daughter never seen the dentist for her treatment that day I was mad so mad then they rescheduled again. Come back the 2nd time, still the same in the very first logbook I sign in for my daughter appointment and I've waited like an hour, I go back to the front and look back the logbook sign in and took a picture that way they cannot deny again..no wonder why I've been waiting for so long because they skip my daughters name and they chooses only the Hispanic patients first. I was pissed off and feel discriminated i ask one of the Hispanic front desk but she has so many excuses. I ask their complete names but she refuse to tell. How could you be an employee if your hiding something no name plates in your uniform? Front desk personnel in that Dentistry office are disgusting...especially the all Hispanic personnel I vote Trump I can wait to see them all to dump in the swamp.
