To be very honest, they have a great staff all around beginning with Dr. Kamiti and on down. The atmosphere itself is just pleasant which is a direct reflection of the staff! If I had one word to describe them, it would be...AWESOME!!!
Every experience at this office has been pleasant. The staff members are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. This practice is definitely deserving of 5 stars.
My daughter had a visit with Dr. Kamiti today and she LOVED IT! I would recommend this office to anyone with children! They kept her calm and comfortable during her whole visit!
Kamiti, has been treating my little girl since about the age of 3.5. I have always had a pleasant experience. Until the last couple days. I schedule an appointment and it was on July 7. Well beings that I work during the day and can't answer my phone to confirm the appointment, and I assume it was just a reminder and didn't call back they cancel it. SO! just a warning because I was told it states it in the paper work I sign. If you do not confirm it they will cancel it! I am sorry I don't remember every single thing I always sign. Never mind I drove about 35 miles one way. The office manager is the RUDEST, she didn't have a care in the world that I made a simple mistake, and that my child was there on time and they couldn't squeeze her in. Like I said, all the other times has been pretty pleasant, however don't make mistakes b/c they will not help you out any! it simply states that in your contract you sign. Don't forget it! I requested to have Kamiti call me, well I am still waiting on the call. That she probably never got the message.
Very rude and not friendly to childern, secretary lazy and was very argumentative, wasn't a pleasant experience 4 a 1st time visit...will find my child another dentist!
