My daughter's appointment was at 12:45. We showed up at 12:15. She wasn't called back until 2. What's the point of an appointment?
I'm a 14 year old and I enjoy going to Savannah smiles although it is far from home and they pick my teeth lil but to hard it has excellent staff and I've been there like 8 times
The staff and dentist were very courteous; however, we had to wait over an hour and a half for our first visit. On the day of our second scheduled appointment, I received a call from a receptionist saying they had over booked and needed to cancel my son's appointment. This was about 2-3 months ago. I've called about 8 times to reschedule and have been put on hold for 10+ minutes and have given up and just scheduled an appointment with a different dentist. It's a shame that their office can't get their organization together, because the dentist and dental hygienist really did a great job at making a first dentist appointment comfortable for my 18-month old.
Dr. Wilson is a God sent. she is very professional , compassionate and very talented . she made my family feel very comfortable with the procedure . My son had instant relief after the procedure . Thank you very much for you love and care for children. God bless!!!!
I bring all seven of my children here, they are always do nice to my babies. At times we do wait but all in all it is a pleasant place for my children!
