I went to the back of the store to get his information. The Florida truck licence plate is A95 28X. The numbers on the side of the truck was LP 3477\2613. He saw me getting the information off of the truck. He didn't apologize for his actions, he didn't give me his name.
Me: "I''m not sure if you can hear me."
Sheila: (speaks!) "I can hear you, I'm trying to read the numbers."
Me: "Do you have a scanner that can reach this or do you need to see it?" (pointing to the barcode on the bag)
Sheila: ...again, says nothing...ignores me completely...
I had to turn to get out of the way. His actions was very unprofessional and unsafe. Instead of him allowing me to get by, he challenges me with a Publix truck. Putting my child and I in harms way.

Saturday afternoon, July 8, 4 PM. "Sheila" is at the "10 items or less" checkout line. There is no one else in line. I put a few items on the conveyor belt and Sheila turns to face me directly. I have a huge bag of dog food in my buggy.
Me: "Hi, I'm sorry, do you need me to put this bag up here?" (pointing to the register conveyor belt)
I have a disturbing complaint about a Publix driver headed to deliver at store 1186. This morning I was driving on Abercorn St. and this Publix delivery driver was ahead of me. He stopped on the side the road with his lights on and I was trying to go around him to take my child to school. As I drove forward the guy started the truck and blew his horn for me to get out the way. The more I accelerated forward, the more he turned the truck to try and stop me from getting ahead. He almost hit me.
As a Publix customer, I am baffled and appalled. I spend my hard earned money at this local store only to be humiliated by a driver. I will not return to Publix to shop.
Nice store, but this rude employee will keep me from coming back unless there's not another store open to be found.
I swipe my card and she holds out my receipt without saying another word to me
Excellent.stopped for their chicken fingers.. The cook asked if I minded waiting for a fresh batch. Several minutes later I walked out with hot tenders. Can't be beat. I will be back.
Given that I'm having trouble walking -- as I'm preparing to have an angiogram prepatory to yet another back surgery -- I really appreciate being able to get in and get out of the store ASAP. Moreover, it's nice to be recognized by attentive employees ... several of whom have been working here a fairly long time ... which, furthermore, speaks volumes regarding the value this Publix places on retaining good employees ...
Clean place fresh fruit nice staffs, Customer Service P.J is the best he was very helpful and great people skill. Some people work just to get a check P.J was working like he love this job.....:)
