Very rude. Gets the job done, but overall an unpleasant experience I would not care to repeat.

The staff has always been flexible and helpful during our 2 years of storage. Linda knows us by name and always is able to answer our questions. No problems with access or our unit. Prices seem reasonable compared with other locations, and the location is good on the East side of town.
The woman who manages the storage unit was extremely nice and accommodating. While moving out my boyfriend and I accidentally locked ourselves outside (the automatic doors lock when the storage facility closes.) The manager was very nice and even though we were there a little past closing time, she helped us get back in so we could finish getting the last of our things. Great experience, wonderful staff and reasonable prices.
