very slow customer service..
I have been a loyal customer for the past ten years and bought all the interior and exterior paint and primer for a 6,000 sq. foot 118 year old house. Recently I asked them what paint and primer should I use on a galvanized fence and they sold me what they said was the right product. After my painter applied the primer and paint was not adhering very well. I called Sherwin Williams Corp. office and was told both he primer and paint were incorrect for the application, all of it had to be stripped off, then re-primed and painted with a different product. I don't mind when someone doesn't know the answer to a question but when they give you the wrong answer and then don't offer any help to correct the problem I go through the roof!
