I called the owner who after looking around agreed with me and sent his painter back to finish the job. I told the owner I didn't want anything other than what I agreed to pay for two good, solid coats. He had to come 3 more times to fix all the drips, bare spots. I wonder if it was just such a small job they just didn't care as much. Too bad. I went with a professional company to give me better outcomes than hiring a independent painter...and basically got the same sort of treatment.
Good luck getting them to call you back! They came out to provide a quote very quickly and then would NOT return a call, text message, voicemail, email, hand-written letter, NOTHING. No correspondence at all. They obviously didn't want the business. Seems to be a recurring theme in the Savannah area. Don't even waste your time having them come out to quote you, you'll likely never hear back from them again.
They were on time and did great work. They work fast and they made sure they cleaned up behind themselves. I was so pleased with there work I hired them again to do the inside of my house with the same results; Outstanding Work..
Top notch company! They are named "Five Star" for a reason. They have done several jobs for me and they always perform above expectations. They are professional, dependable and the employees are always respectful and highly qualified. The painters have steady hands and don't splatter, or leave a mess. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I ask 5 star to paint my side porch and pergola. The price was reasonable for two coats. However, the painter who took on the project did one coat that included large spots with bare wood showing, quite sloppy in places. He asked for full payment. After I went around showing him all the bare spots and the fact that most of the surface did not have a second coat.
We had several different painting projects to complete and made several change orders along the way. Dan and his employees were very helpful and accommodating. Painters were pleasant and easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely hire them again!
