Gave them the benefit of the doubt EVEN after reading reviews, because it's so close to my house and what happened? Reviews were right! Nice lady at front desk, not her fault but it's not acceptable when your clothes aren't there when you said they would be! No clothes, business flight tomorrow, oh well! MAJOR glitches in their system! When I said now I'll have to go buy something, she said I've had to do that too. I wanted to say "So I can give you the receipt when I'm done shopping??" Where is our future as customer service we can trust becomes obsolete....it's scary!!!!!!
NO STARS FOR YOU!!! I drop off 4 dresses to be hemmed they said i would get them back the following Monday they were sending them to be pressed. I told them i do not want them pressed I just want them hemmed. Well, they sent them out anyway and i received my dresses back with a smudge on one of them and two of them were not even hemmed. I asked the lady about the smudge, she faked ignorant saying she didn't know. I asked if they sent the dresses out to be pressed why didn't they inspect them when they returned. No answer. She did ask if i want to send them back out. I gave her the most craziest look that i could and snatched my dresses and left the store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!
I will never use this establishment again!!! The service was horrible. I asked for clothes to dry cleaned and returned the next day for a formal event. The clothes did come back; however, they were not dry cleaned, looked worst than when I brought them in like they had been scorched or burned and they were wrinkled. I sent them back and have yet to hear from the owner and it's been a week. When I received them the 2nd time, the formal garment was ruined, the belt was broken in half and the other half was not even attached to the garment and the dress was still wrinkled. Even though it is a convenient location to my home, I will never use them again and would encourage anyone to think twice before they do.
STAY AWAY. They will lose your clothes and blame it on the truck or the cleaning facility.
The absolute worst dry cleaners in the area. I turned in my clothes and they still had lent and hair on them. This business also lost my only tie before a job interview. They run you throught a bunch of, "oh we'll call you" or "we'll check the facility and the trucks". Its been 2 months and I have yet to receive a phone call from the manager.
Took clothes to be dry cleaned and pressed. Upon piching them up everything looked like it came from out of the trunk of a car. Everything had more wrinkles than a prune!
