If you care for your clothes, take them someplace else! Employee sits and talks on the phone, places calls on hold, rather than ending the phone call, to provide service. Not exactly rude but far from personable. Clearly they outsource the actual "labor" which explains why the don't follow verbal instructions let alone the instructions on the clothes themselves. Thus, you WILL receive business shirts and whites or other nice garments with stains and/or poor ironing. If there is ANY place between your home and where you work/attend school, give them a shot. Photos included were from my first visit, which should've been a red flag, but I was desperate and returned; my apologies for not including those photos as well.
Dropped a very expensive shirt i received as a gift to get dry cleaned. I expressed twice that because it was a white shirt with the inside collar being red that it required dry cleaning only. After I came to pick up the shirt the woman told me that they could not machine wash it as the colors may run and that they left it to the side. I told her i specifically said to dry clean only. I came back to pick up as instructed so they can dry clean it. When I picked it up you could tell they washed it as the color spread everywhere. After asking for the manager wether in person or phone I was told she was out of the country and not reachable. I told them I was not paying for my damaged shirt and that they needed to fix it. After a much heated debate about the specific instruction i left for DRY CLEAN ONLY I told them I was not paying for it. I was told I have to pay for it and if not they were going to call the cops. They also had another man sitting inside that prevented me from leaving.
Missing button on shirt..The ticket does state their not responsible but.. I say they are...all cleaners say the same.. I got that but who wants this.....told they would fix it..but I say you should have in the first place and I wouldn't even known... customer service is good... service not...
I picked up a white coat (medical) and I noticed brown marks on it immediately. when I asked about it they said they were previous stains......yeah they were stains alright, from the F***ing iron they used on it. there were two large iron burns on it, like a marshmallow. The jacket was pressed nicely and the rest of the clothes were fine. I just didn't like how they didn't own up to burning the jacket.
