Beware of this company!!!! I instructed them to dry clean a $500 silk blanket which was also labeled "Silk-Dry Clean Only" and they washed it instead. The scent of laundry detergent was strong...and obviously not dry cleaning chemicals. Of course the blanket shrunk and the silk binding is now misshapen and no longer fits the bed for which it was custom fit. I have had this blanket cleaned numerous times before in another city and each time it was cleaned & pressed beautifully. The Impressions owner, Mr Kim, was unpleasant, uncooperative and has no grasp of customer service. I will never take any cleaning back to this company and I will tell all my friends what bad work they do.
