All Harbor Frieght stores are the same; quality based on price tools, some items last for a long time, some not so much, but the process are always fair. Great place tool pick up things you may use in bulk, or things you forgot you needed. Always check the sales and make site to sign up to receive flyers and coupons, bonus freebies abound. Sidewalk sales are awesome events. Replacement policies are fairly cheap.
Play it safe, never get a cart for shipping, unless you have a list.☺
