Canceling the monthly membership is a pain. After canceling they still charge in hopes that you won't notice.
Came back to town re-enrolled, went in person to cancel. Now im out of town and still being chargedl, they are still billing me and wont answer the phone when i call. twice is not a mistake, but a repeated pattern of bad business
Attendant was super rude. I was having trouble getting my wheel to line up with the track and he started yelling at me. Won't be going back.
If you are looking for a full-service car wash, as we were, this is NOT it. We were short on time and I needed my car to look good for a trade-in estimate, so I chose the nearest "car wash". I didn't expect to go through a gas station style car wash for $12 and be left with doing all of the real clean-up myself. I even had to use six of their micro-fiber towels to finish cleaning the outside because the machine didn't even clean the road residue from the windshield.
I absolutely love this place. I have a monthly subscription and go here about 3 times a week. It does a great job on my car and the free vacuums and rags are a nice touch also

If you live in an apartment, I understand this concept, but for the vast majority of people, I find it hard to believe the self-service business model is a shocking surprise. FOR FULL-SERVICE, look elsewhere!
Bad service the guy that suppose to brush down the car before entering he really didn't do nothing at all he just sprayed something an push the button an I still had a lot of stuff on the bottom of my car and the vacuums wasn't working good at all... a waste of my money. Will NOT recommend this place for anyone this is the second time it happened to me
