Beware!! This carwash ruined the convertible top of my car and has refused to acknowledge the damage much less compensate me for it. The owner became hostile and verbally abusive when I brought this issue to his attention.
This is the absolute worst car wash in Savannah. The owner is hostile and very unprofessional! STAY AWAY!
Took over 2 hours for wash. Price jumped 6 dollars from previous month.
Paid $100 to have my car detailed because of a bad odor. They pumped it full of scents and half cleaned it. They did clean part of the trunk area (only part of it, not even the entire trunk) where the odor began, but ignored the rest of the car. Two days later I cleaned it myself and was amazed at the dirt I got off the seats and dash just by wiping it down with car cleaning wipes! Will never go back.
