She's mean, racist and treat customer very cheap, she has no self respect towards your dignity. she has 0 tolerance to explain to you properly when it comes to the price of something and with one word, she orders you to leave without any reason. She needs serious help. poor sears and poor customer service.
This manager should get replaced otherwise this store would go bankrupt.
We had an amazing experience here! We were driving through Georgia on the way to Florida and got a flat tire. Since we had purchased the tires from another Sears location, we figured we would go there. Everyone was friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They inspected the tire and told us what was wrong with it. We found a solution and were out within 20 minutes. The entire visit took less than 45 minutes and we would go back in a heartbeat if we needed anything! Really appreciate the hard work you guys do and the speed and efficiency of your work!
All the employees were kind and helpful. I went in for an alignment and tire balance and was greeted with kindness and great service. Highly recommend.
Took my car in to get an oil change and brake inspection, it took over 2 hours ok so I just went to the mall to burn time. Now this is where I had issues, they stripped my lug nuts and NO ONE MENTIONED IT. I took it back and a very nice guy named Brian looked at them and agreed to replace them. Which is only right considering they were the ones who damaged it. I guess I have a very exotic stock ford focus because it took 2 weeks to find the correct lug nuts. During the wait I called up there periodically to check on the hold up. (If you want an answer only call early morning, other than that don't expect an answer.) I spoke to the manager Amy and she tried to tell me that Brian should of never agreed to replace my damaged part because you are supposed to replace lug nuts EVERY two years! I have owned many cars over the years, and I can tell you I have NEVER had to replace them on any car. The short go somewhere else somewhere where they know how to do a tire rotation without damaging a car then trying to wiggle out of righting a wrong. Brian thank you for being very nice about everything! Amy thank you for reminding how shady car places can be.
Ordered tires online and went in to have them replaced. They were very curtious and there were no issues checking in. The wait time was a little long, but that is something I expect when I go to any car repair shop. After it was all done they refunded some of the money do to the cost being less than the website quoted me. Would recommend this place to others.
