I would recommend them to anyone , especially to people who are weary of getting ripped off by a dealership or some old repair shop.
I was recommending this place to someone and I pulled up the reviews and read them all ,
And it's sad that this place can't have a 5 star rating because of a couple of idiots that are not happy with any thing in their lives, or clowns who think that they know more than the professionals that are doing the work on their cars.
And to all you douchebags who like to write bad reviews ,Why don't you consider That you are taking food out of their families mouths when you want to cry online about your imagined slights .
Integrity is just the start - this place is professional, caring, and stands behind their work. I had a failure in a bearing plate on my front struts and they replaced the struts at a fair price - about $1000. Afterward, there was a very infrequent rumble from the front end and I brought it back several times - they checked it repeatedly and couldn't find any suspension problems. They believed it might be something called "transmission shudder" which my dealer said they couldn't verify. After several trips back to Integrity, they offered to replace the front struts a second time (on warranty) even though it was six months later. They did so at no charge, and I know a mechanic worked much of the day on the "re-do". Unfortunately the intermittent rumble remained. Finally, the dealer concluded that this was indeed related to the transmission. Bottom line: Integrity was right, the "experts" at the dealership were wrong, but out of an abundance of caution and commitment to customer service, Integrity nonetheless replaced the struts a second time on their nickle. I think all the five star reviews here are well justified. Trust these guys!!
I have had alot of work done on my old beat up van at integrity, and they always shot me straight, known full well that I have no knowledge of Auto repair or how much anything costs .
Had a tow and starter replacement done. Price seemed decent and they had it finished in 48hrs. Very nice and knowledgeable on the phone and remembered me by name after the first call. Although the location seems a little... Run down. They do good work. :-)
Had to replace an engine part on an Audi and although the part itself was not expensive, it was located deep within the engine and involved several hours of labor. After completion of the work, the car ran fine, but a couple of days later, the new part failed. Integrity replaced the part and performed the labor at no charge. Also, the people at the front desk are very professional and courteous.
Great customer service. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car and they provided a quick and reliable fix free of charge. Will definitely use again and recommend!
