Been getting my vehicles serviced at Savannah Tire for about five years (this location and Pooler). Thankfully it's all been minor fixes. However, we recently came across a rather large problem and the kindness received from store manager Steve Grissom was a truly great experience. He took his time to answer all my questions and was very patient and helpful. At no point in our conversation did I feel rushed or like I was being lied to. I left there feeling comfortable with understanding what the problem exactly was, how it came about, safety issues concerning it, and available options moving forward. Friendly staff and great prices. My oil change was the most reasonable price I've seen and they checked a variety of other things for me too. The front desk staff could not have been friendlier! Will be back.
