I was dreading buying a car. I went to a few dealerships but no sparks, nothing special. Then I went to Savannah Toyota and was greeted with a handsome face and warm smile. From the first moment, I knew I was in the right place. David treated me like I was the most important customer he’s ever had. He asked a lot of questions to get the right fit for me. He was patient and not pushy. I put him through a lot and smiled through it all. I decided on the Highlander and I feel like it is a perfect fit. Financing and paperwork was a breeze. The facility is incredible with all the amenities and perks. I couldn’t be happier and I won’t dread buying my next car....from David at Savannah Toyota!!!!!
My Highlander was a total loss after hurricane Irma, however we we're already looking to get a newer vehicle before the storm but then decided not to. We had to meet our insurance agent in Savannah so we stopped by the Toyota dealership. We had an amazing salesman Mr Abram he wasn't pushing us into anything he let us take our time because literally we we're there until 10 pm way after everyone else was gone home. I decided to trade my car in for a more updated vehicle. I wasn't looking for nothing brand new because I know my credit wasn't all the way up to standard yet, but to my surprise Lonnie Green was able to put me in a brand new 2018 Toyota Corolla!!! At this point I am so fed up and regret coming here. The first part is amazing- they will sell to you and get you a good deal.
However, as soon as we were passed off to the finance department, things took a turn. It has been a nightmare. There is little to no communication kept with us. We have been jerked back and forth about the registration (out of state) process for over 45 days so my temporary tag expired. I received no contact about it. When I went in to try to figure out what is going on, we still had no progress toward our registration even though I had come in and paid over $1100 for the registration two weeks prior. Once again, I had not been updated with any of this information.
Toyota owner. Scheduled an oil change, but wasn't sure where to go. I was pointed towards a large building with several open bats, but not told which one to go to. Waited several minutes before being greeted. They forgot to call me when the job was done, had to call to find out. Giving 3 stars because everyone has a bad day, and they did vacuum out the interior. Most places won't. I may give one more chance.
The first part of buying my vehicle was amazing. The rep I worked with was Rodolfo Panta (manager was Ken) and my husband and I had an amazing experience with them.
However after that, good luck.
Then I was told I would receive a phone call Monday. Monday, the same person told my husband he would call me Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no call.
