RUN AWAY! Kevin Jr. is the rudest, shadiest, most arrogant little man that I've ever had the displeasure to meet. I won't write a book, but I was fooled by the father's nice customer service. He got me to fall in love with a car, took it on a test drive and by the time I came back, the devil had taken over. They play good cop, bad cop. They nickel and dime me, they tried to have my car repossessed 2 weeks after I bought it. Every time I pass this place I cringe. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!
Just called to ask a question regarding a charge that was made to my elderly mother's debit card. I initiated the conversation by asking if they sold gas and the reply was, " nope, nope, nope..." and they hung up on me. Rude, discourteous, and unprofessional.
Their car was returned to them and during the time I had the car the check engine light came on the day after I received the car. There was also alot of rattling noise coming from the dashboard that started a couple of days after and also a very bad transmission leak. My belongings were left in the car and when I came to get my belongings from the car they were already removed from the vehicle and a brand new pair of shoes and a jacket was stolen out the backseat. The dealership and I were the only people who had a key. I called the police and made a report and will be following up with a civil case against them. Please stay away from this place!!! As I was awaiting the police there were a few other people complaining of being ripped off with deposit money and other complaints of their vehicle having problems. I learned the hard way.
I rented a vehicle here and was swindled. I was told that the car had unlimited mileage. After renting the car for a few weeks and returning it to the salesman I was charged a huge amount of money that I was never supposed to be charged. They guy that works in the office profiles people; so if you have a tatoo, cold teeth or are very young he won't rent to you. I sat there and watched him profile about 3 people like this. He also don't rent to white people either.
I've rented an apartment from these ppl the apartment was nasty it had dead roaches everywhere and also I had to ask for another referigator that gave me another one and that one still didn't work they had crackhead for maintence man. After I found out that I was the only one paying more in apartment complex which it was four of us I knew they was scamming. I call them about upstairs making a lot of noise with they kids stomping that I had to hear every morning and night and don't forget I was working two jobs. Came home one day and saw the maintence man next door cleaning out they apartment went in mines and saw some stuff missing so I ask him and everybody around me did they was he in my apartment he said No!! But someone said yes he was and when he left I saw my stuff next door in the apartment he was cleaning I called the police he came out we kept calling the office and the hung up on us. I got a police report and the police let me call pop a lock they came while the police stayed the whole time to see if the maintence man come back or anybody come there. Nobody showed up so pop a lock open and I got my stuff and I moved out 1 week later after I took my police report to another realtor and they gave me 200 off my deposit because what happen . I will never refer nobody to K&L for a house or a car they rude especially Liz and Kevin Jr. And the daddy never there Kevin it's a family own they gave me the worst exprience ever
