I was having trouble with my Hyundai genesis coupe. So, I called Savannah Hyundai and talked to Brandy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She told me I could come in the the next morning. So, I did. But, when I arrived Brandy was busy and I had to go to Brett Sheffield. Brett was very inattentive and unprofessional. When my vehicle was finished he basically threw the keys and paperwork at me and another gentleman in the waiting room. He didn't tell me where my vehicle was or have a nice day. Not sure what his problem was but, I won't be returning to this dealership. No one needs to go there.

I came here to have my vehicle serviced with some skepticism because I did not purchase my vehicle from here and I typically only trust the dealer where I purchased my vehicle to service it. As soon as I pulled up in the service department, I was nicely greeted by the advisor and was helped immediately without any wait. The advisor was extremely kind and did everything in his power to have me in and out very quickly. While my vehicle was being serviced, they had offered to shuttle me to wherever I needed to go in town and they even offered to pick me up once the service was completed. Even the shuttle driver was extremely kind and we had a good conversation during the trip. I must say from this single service experience I will definitely choose Savannah Hyundai again to service my vehicle! Be sure to ask for Adam if you go here to have your own vehicle serviced!
