Amazing customer service! Had them service my brakes and my very first ride downtown afterwards somebody or something knocked my rear wheel out of alignment. They were awesome enough to fix it free of charge. If you need a new bike, bike accessories, or some service done I can't recommend Star bike shop any higher.
