this company has excellent service and they are always on time. I highly recommend that you use their services.
The 1st and 2nd time I took a cab from them the service was great. The 3rd time I called for service, I was waiting for the driver over a hour and no one came. It would be best if you do get service from them to get the name and number of the cab driver so you can continue using them in the future, so you don't have the same problem I did. I tried to do it one more time thinking maybe they just having bad drivers that day idk. But this driver apparently didn't want to do his job. For anyone is thinking of calling them, I'll save you the stress ... DO NOT CALL THIS CAB SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE !! I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
I used this service to get to work because my car was in the shop. The driver Nkem Godwin was fast and friendly I was very impressed. If I ever need a ride I have their app on my phone.
Wait times too long and cancel on you last minute. Just UBER if you can.
