I have no idea why the man working behind the counter ter is even allowed to be there.
The two men who came each time were very professional and just sweet. Mind you, I had some heavy furni they had to move down 18 oak stairs. The smile never left their face.
I won't mention the other place I used to donate my stuff to, but from now on, I'll always use SA, recommended them to my friends to use them as well.

They've been to my house three or four times over the years, and I've almost filled their truck up. My experience has been beyond pleasant from the beginning, talking to sweet Linda C. to schedule the pickup at my house.
I went into the store with my mother, as we just moved from Texas and wanted to donate some stuff and also glance around for any cool antiques. He was absolutely the WORST! he spoke to a woman whom was trying to pay for her items in such a belittling manner! My mother asked who the manager was because she wanted to complain and he YELLED at her and said he was the manager and he has a lot of "sh**" to do! Which was totally uncalled for. I will call and complain on this man everyday until this is resolved. That place is full of donations from loving people that are trying to HELP others. We shouldn't have to deal with such a prick! If it weren't for us and our donations, that man would be unemployed!!!!
The person behind the counter was friendly and they had some good books.
Lots of clothing and furniture. Cheap.
