I called 2 months ahead of time to ask about keeping my truck and camper there for 3 days while i worked downtown. The lady on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem and would charge me $25 for the three days. I gave my name, number, and the dates. She said to call the week before I came as a "reminder" for her. I called a week ahead of time, and she said she was all booked up and couldn't take me. Don't promise things you can't deliver on.
let me start by saying, i didn't stay here, never stepped foot on this property, after a brief phone call with a rude tone, and a 650 a month fee for absolutely no amenities. i would never consider this as a option. it is very obvious that really the only people they want to patronize there facilities are retirees. after a return phone call to inquire about the extremely high amount of negative reviews after checking to see there rating at the first phone call, the conversation turned sour, like 2 month old milk sour. she proceeded to call me a bully because i explained that i understood why they have the negative reviews. listen! if customer service is important to you and you don't have an AARP card. save your time. i think it would be safe to say you'll probably have the same results as the majority of others. People don't normally just all agree about a business being terrible, and while they may be a clean quiet place to stay, its the nuts and bolt of good friendly service that Trumps ( #maga ) anything else. i even told her that this would warrant a review. she just doesnt care. Barbara, stop being an old bitty! save your insults for when you get off the phone or the customer isnt there to hear it!
Just called to make. a reservation for tonight.. the lady that answered the telephone was sooo Rude!!! She tried to correct my English before she even knew what I needed...then tried to be funny about it!! Didn't even try to stay here.. probably why you have a
2.8 rating!!! Awful customer service!!!!!
Sites are well shaded. The grounds appear well kept. Full hookups. Staff was friendly and helpful. Real close to the tourist attractions in Savannah. Even the Savannah trolley picks you up and drops you off in the park. Was the easiest way to see Savannah.
The main plus of the RV park were the trees and plants and decent proximity to downtown Savannah. The also have the tour shuttle pick people up from here in the morning. Other than that it's overpriced with no amenities. I suppose I assumed from the way their website was laid out there would be things offered. They talk about how their family traveled and they felt the need for a really good RV park. Bringing family and experience to the table made me feel like there would be some passion and it would be a place different (in a good way) than other parks. My mistake I didn't read the fine print... Laundry picnic tables, grills... Bathrooms... NOT AVAILABLE. So basically they were the most expensive park we encountered on our 3 week trip from FL to MN with the least to offer. I would only stay here again if the pricing was more reasonable. The ladies in the office ,were very friendly and we spent 2 nights here. They have a good set up for when you check in after hours.
