I gave one star since zero doesn’t seem to be an option. Let me explain about the pathetic customer service from this sorry excuse of a business.
I scheduled a second appointment and took a day off from work to make sure that I would be available. At the time of the appointment I was in my front yard working on the lawn. I was outside for about an hour before finishing. I called JCB to check and they said that he must be on the way. I then called every hour for the next three hours to check up on him. The technician was four hours late to the appointment. When he finally did decide to show up he said that he came by on time and no one was home. Obviously a lie since I was in the front yard the entire time. He took measurements and said he would have the quote by the end of the day.
First I called to get an estimate. Over the phone the lady was very friendly and scheduled my appointment. I informed her that I would not be at the home since I was traveling for work. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. The day of the appointment I called to confirm that the technician would still be there and to let them know again that I was not able to be at home. Again I was informed that it wouldn’t be an issue.
Please take my advice and stay as far away from this company as possible.
I waited for two weeks and never heard back from them. So I called back to try and find out the issue. Apparently the technician decided not to do anything and said it was due to me not being home.
I would recommend JCB Roofing to anyone for roofing needs..great customer service, Patrick was great answering questions and concerns.
Do not bother with JCB. I have been trying since September to get them to my property to give me a quote. They came weeks ago but still have not provided the estimate. I have called for the last 3 weeks and the phone just rings, and doesn't go to voicemail. The email address from their website Contact section also bounced when I tried to send an email. Last week, I did speak to someone in the office who said they'd track down my estimate but still bother. If this experience is any indication of the quality of their work, I'm concerned.
Patrick was great to do business with. Great communication from start to finish. I will definitely recommend JCB roofing for future projects.
I have now called every day for the last week trying to get the quote. No one in the office seems to have any idea what the technician is doing, or how to actually run a business. I have had to miss work for them and I don’t even have a quote yet. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Great people quality work. Very personable, responsive . Just all-around great business.
