Heather was great to work with in selling our home. We met with several other realtors and Heather was the most prepared and had a great plan for us to sell our home for the highest price and in the shortest time frame based on her market research. We were under contract within 8 days of listing, the first time. However, the buyer backed out and we had to relist. The second time we listed, we were under contract within 5 days, and for a higher price than the first contract.
