Horrible customer service! I called asking for help because I recently got a speeding ticket and the dispatcher told me "you have to figure it out yourself"
Wanna know why people don't call the police for their help? It may not even be the officer if it starts with the rude dispatch that answers the phone. I called to make a complaint about the parking situation on my street that was going on, and the dispatch lady got rude with me and hung up in my face. Really?! It all starts there, not with the person on the phone. Hostile community? I don't think so. Could be why society as a whole takes matters into their own hands now instead of calling the ones who's job it actually is to control the public.

They have always been polite and understanding with me on the rare occasion I had to call.
