Great service. Burger was excellent. The best Five Guy's that I've visited.
This location was very busy but it was very efficient. The location was kept tidy by a friendly employee who asked if everything was good and if we needed anything. The food was prepared exactly as ordered. It was delicious hot food. To use the restroom a code is needed that is provided on your receipt. The ladies restroom was clean.
Time zone change and refused to let patrons into their establishment despite that change. Had to call corporate to file a formal complaint, and wasn't able to enjoy late night food.
The cashier was pretty blase, but I ordered the BLT, and it was one of the best ones I've had in a long time. Delicious!
Typical of other Five guys...The bacon cheese burger, small fries and small drink were good but $16? Near river but not a great location on the street. Service could use some training. Michael Jackson music must be a favorite with the staff here. Eating on the river front would have been more fun at the same $$
