Thursday I called Bradley and I was told by Andrew that the key for my work truck will be ready in 1 hour and a half. I was very pleased to hear that because I needed my truck for work. After 4 hours I called him on his cell phone and left a message. After a hour or so I called the office and I was assured that I would get a call as soon as the key was ready. I waited for the rest of the day and Friday when I had to call another company to get my key. I am writing this on Monday and still haven't heard from them. Is sad and unfortunate that a company so old in Savannah are so rude and no idea what a customer service means.
Not nearly as good as they were some years ago. Maybe the management? Still reliable, if not somewhat overpriced.
