People who basically don't care whether they waste your time or not. They get paid the same whether they know their job or not. These are people who work behind a glass window love to tell you anything just to keep the line moving along. NEXT! --- The security guards are a joke just like the boneheads behind the glass curtain. The ONLY thing they are great at is sucking at their jobs.

The State of Georgia must come in an perform an audit. The complaints are too numerous to detail.

I must have come at just the right time as the place had very few waiting for services. The very kind woman who helped me was professional and efficient. She knew exactly what I needed, interviewed me and signed me up for food stamps. I was already on Medicare and Medicaid which made it easier I am sure.

Bottom of the barrel intellect doing very important work. As lives hang in the balance dimwitted people with an attitude who enjoy pissing you off are in charge. This is a dangerous situation and you can blame Affirmative Action for every moron who works at DFCS. -- NATHAN DEAL - You are getting a certified letter ! Who the hell hires these people ?

I have been trying to call my caseworker and her supervisor to get my case fixed for a week and have not gotten any responses. Called multiple times each day and after the first day, mailbox has been full ever since for both and I have not been able to leave any messages in order to get a call back. I've tried to call the main line as well to get some type of response. Unfortunately, I have not gotten ANY type of call back, response, notification of any kind in the time allotted I had to fix my case, so it will more than likely be terminated because of this. Absolutely disappointed with this place, but unfortunately its the place I have to deal with. I just want my case straightened out.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. RUN!! ONCE AGAIN. for 2 weeks I called my case worker and the office. left numerous vm's, never got a call back UNTIL yesterday. A woman who I am assuming is a receptionist of some kind called back with a nasty attitude. She proceeded to tell me that my case worker flat out didn't do her job after I went into the office to complain and uploading documents they instructed me to do. She continued to tell me that the case workers frequently don't do their jobs and it always ends up falling on them. She also told me, per her supervisor, that the system "somehow came up with" my income being double what it actually is and I now no longer qualify for my child to receive the Medicaid she had and have to apply for something else. I asked to speak to the supervisor and of course she is all of a sudden too busy to talk. This woman just admitted that they screwed my whole case up and that my case worker didn't do what she was supposed to and they refuse to fix the problem that THEY caused. I am taking this situation as high up as I possibly can. My congressman, governor, the local news. I don't care how far. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that my child has been w/o her insurance for a moth now because this facility doesn't know how to run itself properly and blatantly refuse to fix issue that they create.

This department is in sore need of customer service training and a more efficient way of determining who is waiting for what type of service. I have had the opportunity several times now to accompany a refugee woman there to provide additional documentation for her various applications. With the exception of one security officer all employees I have observed there were surly and could care less about answering questions. They could take some instruction from Community Health.

once again I am back. they have cancelled my daughters Medicaid because they have my income screwed up and ive been trying to call to get it fixed so my daughter can go to the doctor for ever. no answer, no call back, unable to leave vm, hotline makes you sit on hold for hours and is all automated SO PISSED WITH THIS

The people assigned to help you will NEVER answer the phone the voice mail is always full and you will NEVER get a call back, they lose your documents and require you to start all over again for the same cycle... There is no accountability or order at this location.... it's like its being ran by children. It is really a disgrace. Im still waiting on a call back and its going on 2weeks now. They do not want to work or help anyone for that matter at this location.
