I am very satisfied with David Pence and his agency. They have taken over my previous Allstate Agent and have done it seamlessly and trouble free. My first time working with them was too add auto insurance to my policy which was done without any issues. David even offered me a policy for a vintage vehicle that I own as well. I have no complaints whatsoever.
After Hurricane Mathew hit Savannah and we were allowed back into our home, we got a knock on our door from our local insurance agent (David Pence) asking us how we fared the storm. Although I thought I was special, it turns out David went personally to all of his customers in the community to provide assistance to those needing help! I have been with Allstate for years but this is the first time I have ever received this type of proactive customer service! Great job by David Pence and his staff. David has been able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. He is considerate and knowledgeable of my coverage. I have never had a problem with the office as a whole, it's a plus when you never get put to voicemail during business hours.
