Closed 30 mins they are supposed to and told me there was enough time to cut my hair, and were rude about it.
Waiting for my hair to grow ao i can get it fixed in aome other place.
WORST haircut of my life
We've been going to Alaina for about 3 years, and she is great with the kids and is one of the only people I trust to cut my hair.
Im angry
This is by far the first salon that I ever went to. I went there as a walk-in to get my hair washed, blow-dried and flat-ironed. First of all the woman applied so much unnecessary product to my hair. Then she also curled it after flat-ironing it (unnecessary heat damage). But that was not the worst part, when I asked her how much, she paused and said $70. Seventy dollars is far too much for what I asked for. So I called corporate to complain....I received a call from the district manager telling me that the "stylist" applied a "smoothing system" to my hair which is why it was so much. She told him that she had told me that is what she did. Blatant life. First of all, I did not even ask for that, nor was I informed that she was going to do that. I was first offered a $25 gift card which I declined, then I was offered a re-do by another stylist at another location. This does not rectify the fact that she placed product in my hair without alerting me. Shady business practices to say the least
