Friendly staff. Though a good portion of them hate their job. You'll find most grocery items you want or need here. More expensive than Walmart, but if you have an MVP card, you can get pretty good savings.

Ladies, here at Food Lion, you can buy a COTTON-MADE pantyliner by Healthy Accents called "Everyday Liners" in a box of 80 that beats the pants off of Always Longs liners in both quality & price!!
Nature's Place almond-milk & soy-milk (it's priced-well & tastes great in coffee, tea, cereals, & my recipes!), Taste of Inspirations pickled beets, & my fresh-veggies from here: spinach, string-beans, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, & lettice (and more available). I also buy dry cat food here at times 'cause the prices are good.
Go, grab what you need, and go. They’re good at moving their checkout lines quickly.
They also have good prices on their own brands of Ibuprofen, Ex-Strength Excedrin-type medicines, and cold-remedies.
Nice neighborhood place includes a deli and good selection. Cold AC and fresh meats wraps it up. Food Lion also has good prices.
I love this store. Good prices and always a wheelchair cart available. Love their produce section.
I shop at Food Lion at least twice a month & I highly recommend this store to everyone, including those who are Disabled.
