Lincoln is the worst company that I have every dealt with. They make decision on claims before they accurately get all of the information. They consult your employer and make decisions to keep their rates low even though you can't work and the Dr. confirms and substantiates that fact. Their premiums are a way for them to make money for themselves. Your company offers this benefit, but it is of no benefit to you. Your employer is self insurance and Lincoln is just their administrator for taking your money and giving nothing back even if you are injured and can't work for anyone
